Course Objective

To provide the students with competences on improving labor productivity and preventing occupational accidents by teaching the risks of occupational health and safety, preventing methods, related laws and management systems.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to specify the risks for occupational health in accommodation facilities.
2   Being able to specify the risks for occupational safety in food-beverage operations.
3   Being able to take preventive actions for occupational health in accommodation facilities.
4   Being able to take preventive actions for occupational safety in food-beverage operations.
5   Being able to assess the current information related the risks of occupational health and safety, protection and preventive actions against them
