Course Objective

This course focuses on comprehending the importance of setting database in serving a qualified care, acquiring the information and skill of assessing of the health status / level of a person, performing this gained information and skill in the right place and time.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   -To perform physical examination for Health assessment using the principles and methods
2   -To list / to register the data obtained using the principles and methods of health assessment
3   -Physical examination of the data obtained by analysis and synthesis, associate with the context of the nursing process enables systematic problem solving process.
