Course Objective |
The aim of this course is the acquisition of knowledge and experience on technics that used in cellular molecular mechanisms research. For this purpose lectures cover the principle of technics that used for isolation of organelles form tissue and cell, the principles of cell culture and application technics and analysis the expression of proteins and genes. Course programmer and applications design in a stream of all technics that provide to monitor intracellular protein and gene expressions with a tissue, a cell line and a primer cell line samples. |
