Course Objective

To learn basis of recombinat DNA technologies and explain rDNA applications; to get know about gen cloning steps and strategies

1   to know different types of plasmid vectors using in recombinant DNA technologies
2   to be able to define basic steps of DNA cloning into plasmid vector
3   to know and to be able to explain gen slicing methods
4   to be able to discuss recDNA technologies to understnad gen structure and function
5   to know the basis of trangenic mouse models
