Course Objective

Comprehend the development of civic education in Türkiye in process and the problems in civic education. Offer solution about this problems.

1   To explain the birth and development of idea of citizenship
2   To explain the relationship of state-society in the Ottoman Empire
3   To explain the changing relationship between state society in the Republic period
4   To internalization the right and liability of citizenship.
5   To explain the concept of multiculturalism and to explain the concept s reflection on the individual rights
6   To explain the reason and necessity of civic education.
7   To comprehend the approachers which can use for the civic education
