Course Objective

To be able to express emotions and ideas by using watercolor technique. To understand the transparency feature of watercolor, the usage of water. To use the dry and wet paper techniques easily.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Knows the definition of watercolor.Knows the watercolor artists and works of art
2   Can work with the watercolor technique and produce art.
3   Can work with the transparency effect.
4   Dark-open-intermediate values can make the relationship in a compatible manner.
5   Recognize and use Far East watercolor techniques and brushes.

2 The condition of watercolor painting in Türkiye. Presentation of watercolor materials (Brush Paper Brands Pen Supportives). Watercolor drawing and techniques.
