Course Objective

The aim of this course is to develop motivation and reinforces entrepreneurial traits among counselor trainees learn basic concepts and content about creativity, entrepreneurship and innovation management, and the spirit of enterprise.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Understand the meaning and importance of creativity, entrepreneurship and innovation management
2   Develop capabilities to comprehend entrepreneurship
3   Get knowledgable about the main characteristics and needs of entrepreneurs and creative person
4   Develop capabilities to create new and innovative approaches towards counseling
5   Develop motivation and decision making strategies towards innovation management
6   Develop the needs and opportunities assessment abilities and transfer them into project planning and management in order to be applicable
