Course Objective

The aim of this course is to provide a general view of maritime law. The course focuses on advanced topics such as maritime law, admiralty law, law of the sea, maritime labour law and ensure them to attribute relation between application and maritime law norms.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Identifying national and international norms related with maritime and admiralty law
2   Implementing the norms and the maritime application by analysing legal cases
3   Attributing daily international admiralty problems
4   Critizing the applications regarding admiralty problems
5   Interpreting the missing parts of the rules and generate to create the standard arrangement
