Course Objective

To scrutinise the bases of the compliance to law in modern society in historical, sociologic, social psychological and philosophical aspects.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to explain the basic concepts of modern society 2   To be able to discuss the forms of law both in modern and traditional society 3   To be able to explain the relationship between compliance to law and the concept of discipline 4   To be able to explain the compliance to law wih the donnees of social pyschology 5   To be able to discuss the meaning of discipline in modern society. 6   To be able to explain the thoughts of various thinkers on discipline and compliance.
