Course Objective |
In these years number of international relations have increased according to these the importance of international arbitration began to show itself. Parties of this kind of dispudes applies international arbitration rather than states courts. By applying international arbitration eliminates the hesitate about being objectivity and the dispute can be solved by the expert judges. The purpose of this lesson is to give information about the Turkish legal materials which regulates international arbitration and its scope. |
