Course Objective |
International judicial assistance refers to co-operation with the competent authorities about any foreign country to make the legal process. The subject of Internatonal judicial assistance expresed differently in variant law systems. The subject and scope of the Internatonal judicial assistance differs from county to country. Internatonal judicial assistance used in broad and in a limited sense. When its used in broad sense, guarantee, service abroad, evidence abroad, obtaining information about foreign law, recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards and legal aid are included.When its used in limited sense, it only means one part of taking evidence from |
