Course Objective

With this course, students are expected to learn the rules and resources related to insurence arbitration proceedings together with important problems in practice.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students have knowledge about sources of the insurance arbitration. 2   Students will know the significance of the insurance arbitration. 3   Students can apply to the and manage insurance arbitration proceedings. 4   Students are informed about problems in practice. 5   Student can apply to the first degree insurance arbitration proceedings. 6   Student can apply to the second degree insurance arbitration proceedings.
