Course Objective

It is aimed to introduce students characteristics, principales and rules of Labor Law. By the help of this education, students will be able to immobilize the situation (due diligence) encountered all kind of Labor law matters. Also by expalining main characteristics of employment contract it is aimed to recognize the legal problems encountered in work-life and to provide students solve this cases by the help of their knowledge.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to analyse triple labor relations and understand their diferences
2   Being able to comprehend the general rules related to the work conditions
3   Being able to understand termination with notice, job security and reinstate
4   Being able to define the types of the termination of employment contracts
5   Being able to determine rules of occupational health and safety
6   Being able to determine establishment, validity and termination rules of employment contract
7   Being able to examine and solve problemes related to Labor law matters in the light of the decisions of the Supreme Court faced in working life
8   Being able to use knowledge related to labour law
