Course Objective

To introduce job security, features, principles and rules to students. In the face of all kinds of work accident, occupational disease encountered in this regard to be made due diligence to ensure the requirements of the main qualities of the worker to oversee debt, explaining that students will encounter in business problem-solving situations and use the same rules to ensure the development of skills to find solutions.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   to be able to define the liability of employers
2   to be able to understand accidents at work, occupational disease, the concept of specifying the conditions to be complied with the procedure followed
3   to be able to analyze triple business relationships
4   to able to learn the general rules on working conditions
5   to able to outline responsibility of the employer's and to determine occupational health and safety rules
6   to able to gain changes in legislation and case law on the issue examined by the Supreme Court on the issue
7   to be able to examine work life in the light of Supreme Court decisions on labor law
8   to be able to use the knowledge of business law, occupational health and safety legislation
