Course Objective |
The objective of this course is to introduce fundamental HR concepts and processes in lodging industry and tourism; to explain how organizations manage human side of the operations; to examine the role of HR department and alternative HR management policy and applications; and to discuss HR outputs and processes in tourism and lodging industry. |
