Assessment Criteria |
To be able to define methods for measuring service quality in health institutions, to analyze problems related to quality, to be able to create and improve business processes and how to analyze patient needs, their learning levels will be measured in line with participation in discussions during the lessons and answers given to relevant questions in exams. |
