Course Objective

To give information about innovation process management and corporate entrepreneurship

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to define innovation; to be able to distinguish innovation phenomenon with similar concepts such as creativity, invention
2   To be able to discuss the historical development of the innovation process
3   Knowing the tools and methods used by business for innovation process management
4   To be able to define the types of firm level entrepreneurship (corporate entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial orientation, intrapreneurship) and discuss the difference between them
5   To know the entrepreneurship activities of firms and to know the effects of these activities on firm performance
