Course Objective

Learning how to define the processes, create and manage their flows in businesses. To be able to use techniques to improve and monitor the processes created. To ensure that the students who complete the course master the process management techniques to be used in businesses.

Assessment Criteria

To be able to define methods related to measuring quality in enterprises, to analyze problems related to processes, to create and improve business processes, to be able to use process development tools in processes and to understand process techniques, and their level of interest will be measured in line with participation in discussions and answers to questions in exams.
