Course Objective

Objective of this course is to teach the legal and organizational structure of the European Union.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   to interpret the fundamental principles govern the organizational structure of the EU
2   to explain the functions, mission and arrangements or implications of the competent bodies, institutions and entities in the EU s organizational structure
3   to interpret functioning of the legal order (instruments) set forth within the EU Law
4   to make comments on sources and resources of the EU Law
5   to determine and to evaluate main problems concerning the legal and organizational structure of the EU Law.

7 Procedural structure of functioning of the institutions
8 Midterm Exam
9 Main principles and rules governing the EU Law System
10 The resources of the provisions held in the EU Law
11 The existence and application of the EU law
12 The inter-relation of the EU Law and national law
13 Fundamental problems of the EU Law
14 Current progresses in the EU Law
