Course Objective

The aim of this course is to give information about components of workwear clothing in different work fields and their importance, standards and legislations about clothing and their components and the test methods to evaluate these clothing.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To have information about the importance of wearing protective workwear and risks that could be prevented by clothing in several industry fields (such as chemistry and metal)
2   To have information about standards on risk protective workwear
3   To learn the test methods to be applied for some workwear clothing.
