Course Objective

To provide system reliability and to achieve the quality targets; to increase system availability and efficiency by analyzing factors that affect the system s reliability, availability and maintenance characteristics; to analyze the effects of occupation, health and security issues to production capacity availability.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to use special management and engineering tools that provide system reliability and achieve the quality targets,
2   To be able to make Reliability, Availability and Maintenance (RAM) analysis,
3   To be able to perform Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) works,
4   To be able to detect deficiencies for decision support systems,
5   To be able to explain the relation between occupation, health, safety issues and production capacity availability.
