Course Objective |
HPLC is a chromatographic technique used to separate a mixture of compounds with the purpose of identifying,quantifying and purifying the individual components of the mixture.HPLC method has been used for qualitative and quantitative determination of drug,pesticide residues,hormone and vitamine levels as well as other metabolites in biological samples.The course aims to provide an introduction and applicabilty of HPLC,which is a technique for the separation and determination of organic and inorganic solutes in any samples especially biological,pharmaceutical,food,environmental,industrial. |
