2   IT HAS ENOGH INFORMATION RELEVANT TO DESIGN THE NITRIFICATION, DENITRIFICATION AND PHOSPATE REMOVAL PROCESSES, IT USE THE NECESSARY INFORMATION ABOUT BASIC SCIENCES, GENERAL ENGINEERING AND ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCES
3   IT USE THE MODERN TECHNIQUES AND THE NECESSARY TOOLS RELEVANT TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING TO SOLVE THE DIFFICULTIES WITH EXCESS NITROGEN AND PHOSPHORUS IN CONTAMINATED WASTEWATERS
