Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to introduce and discuss the basic project management and control issues and goals.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   An ability to have to have an understanding of modern project management.
2   An ability to to plan a project, and to schedule a project by collecting numerical data about the stages of the project.
3   An ability apply the project management and scheduling techniques on a practical problem
4   An ability use Microsoft Project Software (or other project management software) in performing various project management planning and scheduling tasks
