Course Objective

The basic concept of environmental law and institutions, the general principles and means of intervention of the Turkish environmental legislation and judicial decisions of the principles of the right to live a healthy and balanced environment is reflected in how to teach and explain.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To define the concepts of environmental law
2   To explain the general principles of environmental law
3   To compare means of intervention for prevention of environmental pollution
4   To distinquish Environmental law, administrative, civil and criminal sanctions
5   Environmental law to see how to apply the rules of administrative and judicial proceedings in the judiciary

3 Purpose of the nature of environmental law, subject, and scope
4 Relationship between the Environmental law, mining law, water law and construction law
5 Sustainable development and the environment, and the general principles of law
6 Prevention of environmental pollution response vehicles
7 Semi final exam
8 Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Environmental cuff
9 Organization and duties of environmental management
10 Çevre alanındaki idari ihlaller ve yaptırımları
11 Action for annulment before the administrative court in the environmental field with the administration and evaluation of the actions arising from the decisions of the Council of State
12 Paper presentations and discussion of homework presentations
