Course Objective |
Course includes description of marine geophysical methods used in coastal engineering applications. These include single/multi beam echosounders, side scan sonars, subbottom profiler systems and single channel seismic systems. Data acquisition and processing methods of each systems will be described. Interpretatins of the data for coastal engineering applications such as ports, wave-breakers, harbours etc. |
