Course Objective |
As a new technique of business management, Total Quality Management (TQM) guarantees the survival of organizations in world-class competition. TQM integrates fundamental management techniques, existing improvement efforts, and technical tools under a disciplined approach. The objective of the course is to cover an advanced level of Total Quality Management and Auditing. |
