Course Objective

The aim of this course is providing a better understanding of advanced topics in organic chemistry and also at the same time structures of of organic compounds and organic reactions and introducing the developments in this area.

1   Have knowledge of advanced topics in organic chemistry
2   Have knowledge of the stereochemistry of organic molecules
3   Gain an overview of methods used to investigate the details of mechanisms of organic reactions
4   Have knowledge of advanced organic reactions
5   Discuss thermodynamic and kinetic aspects of reaction mechanisms
