Course Objective |
Site Investigation is a part of the design process. Arguably, the investigation is the key to adequate and economic design because the data collected forms the basis of the site assessment and the foundation solutions subsequently produced. An understanding of site investigation is most important factor evaluating of the ground works such as selected suitable and/or unsuitable areas for the building purposes and unforeseen slope stability problems in open pit mine, about the tunnel alignment and other engineering constructions.
