Course Objective |
The objective of this course is to present an overview of knowledge areas covered under the project management discipline with an emphasis on the topics pertaining to construction projects. The course also aims to prepare the students for managerial positions in potential international projects by providing them the essential construction management terminology used worldwide. |

One mid-term examination will be executed. Five homework will be prepared in the scope of the course. This homework is in the form of analysis and will be delivered in the form of detailed presentations. |
