Course Objective

The course aims to introduce the students basis of the microwave theory, and make them
familiar with the conceptp of microwave transmission lines, waveguides, microstripl
lines, propagation in different mediums. The passive and active components used in
microwave circuits will be given. Design of microwave filters, amplifiers and
oscillators is covered.
