Course Objective

To teach sterlizations equipments

1   To be able to Packaging equipment repair
2   To be able to repair gas sterlization devices
3   To be able to Washer (ultrasonic washers) device repair
4   To be able to solve Autoclaves failures
5   To bi able to recognize sterilization chemicals.

1 Definition of sterilization devices, applications operating principles
2 Learning the features of the packaging device
3 Understanding the circuits of the packaging device
4 Ability to troubleshoot the packaging device
5 Ability to learn the operation of gas sterilization devices
6 Ability to identify malfunctions of gas sterilization devices
7 Understanding the working principle of ultrasonic washers
8 midterm exam
9 Ability to troubleshoot basic faults of ultrasonic washers
10 Understanding the basic operation of oven devices
11 Ability to interpret the operation of the circuits of oven devices
12 Ability to troubleshoot basic faults of oven devices
13 Ability to understand the operation of autoclave devices
14 Ability to learn the electrical circuits of autoclave devices
15 Methods for monitoring and displaying sterilization
