Course Objective

Management and the historical development of the organization, clutch management functions in a coherent way, the causes and management of conflicts in organizations, non-formal organizations, to understand the organizational culture and motivation concepts and develop the interpretation ability

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students will be able to define the management concept
2   Students will be able to understand the genesis and historical development of management science
3   Students will be able to explain the management theory
4   Students will be able to understand the basic management functions
5   Students will be able to learn the basic features to be included in the management and administration features
