Course Objective

Developing comprehension, skill and knowledge for diagnosing and dealing with specific business strategy and policy situation from the top management standpoint are the objectives of the course

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Identify the terms, concepts; evaluate and apply the theoratical and practical processes in long-term oriented strategic business management to accomplish competitive advantage
2   Develop the system approach and analyze the organizations and managerial skills in their environment; identify the problems and provide efficient solutions in the longterm
3   Design and re-organize the organizations and apply incremantal and innovative adaptive structures to comply with the environmenal changes in the long term to achieve competitive advantage
4   Develop business ethics, logical reasoning and act responsibly with corporate governance principles in long term business interactions
5   Develop skills to communicate effectively through internet; individual or group research based presentations to manage firms strategically
