Course Objective

The aim of this course is to equip the students with the required knowledge, skills and detailed information about Turkish Food Codex, laws, regulations, directives and guidelines about food legislation in Turkey. It also aims to provide students with knowledge about HACCP and ISO22000 Food Safety Management System.

5   Explain the guidelines about food.
6   Explain the Food Safety Management Systems.
