Course Objective

The aim of this course is to familiarize the students with social order, fundamental principles and concepts of law.

1   Being able to define fundamental concepts of law.
2   Being able to classify sources of law.
3   Being able to define basic principles of Turkish Legal System.
4   Being able to assess Turkish Judicial System and task sharing between units.
5   Being able to explain basic values and principles of law.
