Course Objective

The ability of realising the difference between agricultural sector and other economic sectors; realising the economic functions of agriculture; realising the importance of agriculture in economic development; realising the determinants of supply and demand of agricultural goods; realising the economic problems of agriculture.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students will be able to understand the sectoral development and economic functions of agriculture
2   Students will be able to understand the importance of agriculture in national income
3   Students will be able to analyze agricultural businesses according to their scales
4   Students will be able to understand the agricultural production processes and the role of the state in these processes
5   Students will be able to analyze agricultural sector at international scale
