Course Objective

Parallel to the current application of emerging technologies, new methods of casting the theoretical foundations and practical applications as well as the implementation of innovative techniques

3   Silicone mold making and using modeling techniques to design the original model.
4   Centrifugal casting techniques to analyze.
5   Die casting and gravity die casting applications to compare.

2 Precision casting molds making, candle printing and molding operations
3 Precision casting applications
4 Silicones creation of sculpture and decorative casting mold.
5 Model development techniques.
6 Foam mold making and casting.
7 Mid-term exam

9 Injection molding presses.
10 Centrifugal casting technique, the production of cylindrical products.
11 Centrifugally cast heat-resistant rubber.
12 No unbound sand, vacuum casting
13 Model development techniques.
14 Continuous casting.
