Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to gain the manufacturing process, milling and grinding machine, gear machine workbench, making process using the standards a special grinding

1 Gear wheels, introduction of gear wheels
2 Calculation of spur gear elements
3 Module pocket knives and selection of module pocket knives
4 Divizor account and settings
5 Opening of spur gears and checking the opened teeth
6 Rack gears, calculations, rack gear opening and controls
7 Helical gears, calculations, helical gear opening and controls
8 Mid-term Exam
9 Bevel gears, calculations, bevel gear opening and controls
10 Worm screws, chain gears and calculations
11 Preparation of screws, screw elements and screw items
12 Triangular, square, trapezoidal screws and calculations
13 Screw opening and controls on the lathe
14 Springs and calculations
15 Spring winding operations on the lathe
