This course is student; to gain proficiency in information law.

2   Protection of internet domain names, Intellectual property rights and unfair competition on the Internet, Protection of personal rights on the Internet
3   Blocking internet access and Law No. 5651, Liability of internet service providers
4   VoIP services
5   Identifying novelties brought by Turkish Commercial Code to companies in the field of Information Technologies
6   Identifying cyber crimes that frequently occur

5 Unfair competition on the Internet (Framing, adwords, keywords, deep linking)
6 Protection of the personal rights on the Internet

9 Blocking internet access and related regulation VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) under current regulation
