Course Objective

The purpose of this lecture is, to make students have knowledge of the basic principles, notions and institutions of contracts law .

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to clarify fundamental principles of contracts law .
2   To be able to clarify basic notions and institutions relating to contracts law.
3   To be able to determine basic problems originating from contacts law.
4   To be able to acquire skill of solving problems originating from contracts law.

1 Introduction, notion, types and commentary of contract; subject of the contract
2 Contractual liability
3 Classification of contracts: Contracts prescribed by law - Contracts not prescribed by law
4 Contract for the transfer of ownership: Sale contract: Definition, elements, characteristic, sale of movable and landed property
5 Provisions of sale contract: Loans of parties, default of customer and dealer
6 Product variation contract Donation contract, Practical work
7 Contract for the use of property: Rental contract: Definition, elements, types
8 Provisions of rental contract, exceptions in rental contract, expiration of rental contract
9 Loan Contracts: Contract for loan of an object for use Contract for loan of an object for consumption
10 Contracts for works and services: Labor contract, marketing contract, indoor service contract
11 Contract of construction, contract of mandate
12 Contracts for providing assurance: Bailment contract, pledge contract, Some innominate contracts: Franchise contract, factoring contract, practical work
