Course Objective

The purpose of the Police and Private Security Law Information course is examination of the basic principles of the Police and Private Security Law, relationship with use of weapons, quest etc. for the fundamental rights and freedoms, jurisdiction, the rights and responsibilities of staff and relevant administrations

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To learn the basic principles of the Police Law Knowledge
2   To learn the principles of Law of Private Security Information
3   To gain sufficient legal hardware for those who want to be a cop
4   To gain sufficient legal hardware for those who want to be private security personel
5   To learn the legal relations of police and private security personnel with individuals
