Course Objective

Course objective is to explore architecture of the execution institutions, relations between convicts and detainees and the administration, their living conditions, decarceration, special execution forms, relations between execution law and other law branches.

2   Extracting the human rights perspective of the execution law
3   Comprehending execution system as a whole
4   Analyzing the effects of the execution system on the individual and the public
