Course Objective

Paper and electronic medical documentation can render and manage them, the judge in establishing and managing the archive has developed itself in educating medical technician

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Define medical documents. Recognize the medical archives
2   Can create patient file and sort its contents
3   Can standardize patient files.
4   It can describe the necessary information about the archive structure, types and how it is set up.
5   Define and implement electronic records, documents, signatures and archiving. Ensuring the collection, classification, storage and preservation of archival material can apply methods.
6   Medical archive you can define employees ' health problems.
7   Hospital information systems, electronic health records, personal health data, Health-Net can define Telemedicine information systems. Data privacy and can take action regarding security.
