Course Objective

Secretarial profession by introducing students to gain awareness of secretarial profession with the necessity and importance of the profession, carrying out clerical tasks properly, a more efficient use of time, ensuring the desired level of secretarial services aims at providing knowledge and skills that are required for the conduct .

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Explain the importance of the location of the secretariat and business life.
2   Define the roles and responsibilities of the secretary.
3   Identify the necessary properties of a medical secretary.
4   Explain the importance of medical secretary.
5   Define the duties of the secretary-patient and out patient medical treatment institutions
6   The duties of the polyclinic, service, department and emergency secretaries can identify
7   Explain the importance and necessity of time management and business plan
8   Can explain meeting organization techniques
9   Can define appointment editing processes
10   Define telephone conversation techniques.
11   The necessity, importance and quality of service quality in secretarial services explain the service elements.
