Course Objective

Explanation of real estate and valuation concepts, teaching of real estate valuation techniques and relevant legislation, comparison of real estate valuation techniques, determination of appropriate methods that can be used in valuation of various real estates, Understanding professional ethical rules, analyzing real estate market.
