Course Objective

The purpose of internship is to provide information on how to use the theoretical knowledge that are given in undergraduate courses in the field of application. This can be done in all sectors tha is related to Metallurgical and Materials Engineering. In 5 weeks the students will have an ecperience in the work life and see how the thigs are done in the companies.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To have a general knowledge about the machinary systems used in the factoryor in research institude
2   To be able to make a connection between the teoritical knowledge and the practical work
3   To be able to describe the work plans of the factory or the research institude
4   To have a knowled how in the application to know how the modelling or simulation programs are used
5   to be able to report the work that has been performed in 5 weeks
