Course Objective |
To give information about the electrical behavior of materials, to define electron band structures for solid materials, to explain the mechanism of formation of undoped and doped semiconductors, to classify electronic circuit elements used in integrated circuits, to give information about the production methods and characterization of electronic materials. In the light of this information, it provides the ability to apply by designing an electronic device. |
