Course Objective

Product and process design in Textile is the main design lecture. Lecturers chosen from three different principles of the department decide the design topics. In this project the students are
expected to exhibit a team work and design a textile material using the previous knowledge. In this project the limitations are also taken into account. The aim of this
project is creating a textile design by group of students, preparation of a written project report and oral defending of the project.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Ability to use the skills and information gained via lectures in project work.
2   Ability to do the project as team work.
3   Ability to find and consult the relevant literature for the project topic.
4   Ability to the project according to the limitations.
5   Ability to design textile products.
6   Ability to present the project as written and oral.
