Course Objective

To provide the basic knowledge and practical application methods upon hydrogeological problems and the groundwater researhes and utilization.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Define the basic hydrogeolgical concepts
2   Identify the occurrence of ground water and geothermal systems
3   Devise the exploration techniques upon ground waters and geothermal systems
4   Explain the ground water exploitation and utilization
5   Identify the relations between hydrogeological structures and ground waters or geothermal systems
6   Estimate the ground water supply
7   Assess the ground waters about their quality and using purposes
